Amusements, Martin Cannon (2017) - https://www.depict.org/2017/amusements/?category_request=2017 This was the first depict that caught my attention. it wasn't because there was lots going on in fact this film has the opposite and has just one simple thing going on. Which is two friends (or maybe more) drinking beer and setting fire to a firework and simply watching it for the whole 90 seconds. This video has no narrative until the very end when the girl simply states "That was shit." this is the part of the video that really stands out to me and will always be how I remember the video by. The mixture of how she looks at the guy before and the simple that was shit sentence really gets the point across that she is definitely not impressed with the gesture.
